A2LTRS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:


We offer amazing treatment package values in a beautiful facility with well trained staff. To be able to do this, we have to protect our appointment availability via the following refund and cancellation policy: - A2LTRS has a ‘No Refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind. Treatments/services and service packages are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.




APPOINTMENTS POLICY:


When we reserve time for our clients, we want you to feel cared for. That’s why we take such care in finding a time that will work for both of us. We know people are busy these days and sometimes need to make a change in their scheduled appointment. We can always find an appointment time for our busy clients if they give us plenty of notice. We place immense value in your time and hope you will honor us with the same in turn. Due to the nature of many of our treatments, appointments can sometimes exceed their scheduled time. Please be patient and know that you will also receive the same exceptional service and personal attention.




AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY:


Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.




HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT:


To cancel or reschedule appointments, please call 734.972.0959. If you do not reach a team member, you may leave a detailed message on the voice mail. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your phone number.




24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:


We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. We will make courtesy calls 24-48 hours reminding you of your appointment; However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.




CONFIRMATION EMAILS/CALLS:


As a courtesy, we will send out an email to confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment therefore all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via email for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current email address on file in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.




NO SHOW POLICY:


A “No Show” is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it in an adequate manner at least 24 hours in advance. “No Show” will be charged 100% of the service amount.




NEW CLIEINTS:


A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling your appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or “No Show” for a booked appointment, you will NOT be refunded your $25 deposit, nor will it be used toward ANY future treatments.




A PRE-PAID PACKAGE CLIENT:


If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or “ No Show” for a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge (redeem) a cancellation fee of one treatment from your pre-paid package.­




REDEEMING A GIFT CARD/GIFT CERTIFICATE:


If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or “ No Show” for a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge (redeem) a cancellation fee of one treatment from your gift card. If for any reason A2LTRS needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.




PAYMENTS:


A2LTRS accepts Visa, Mastercard, Check or cash payments. A2LTRS offers Financing through Square Installments.




PRIVATE POLICY:


At A2LTRS, we take your choice to use our Medical Spa and services very seriously and appreciate your trust in our clinic. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the security of your personal information.




ODDS AND ENDS:


We wouldn’t be the trendsetters that we are if we weren’t constantly expanding our services. Although we make every effort to keep our service menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
